摘 要:将锶铁氧体(SrFe12O19)作为填料填充到天然橡股(NR),研究了SrFe12O19填充量(0~200份)对NR的物理机械性能、热空气老化性能和耐酸性能的影响。结果表明:填充SrFe12O19提高了NR的邵氏A硬度、300%定伸应力、拉伸强度和撕裂强度;随着添加的SrFe12O19量的增加,橡股复合材料的硬度和定伸应力增加,拉伸强度和撕裂强度先增加后降低;所得复合材料具有良好的抗热老化性能和耐酸性能。综合比较,NR中添加SrFe12O19的量宜选择25~50份。通过傅里叶变换红外光谱(FT-IR)和扫描电镜(SEM)研究SrFe12O19对NR的结构影响。结果表明:添加SrFe12O19后NR表面平整、结构稳定性提高、抗热老化和耐酸性能得到改善。The strontium ferrite(SrFe12O19)used as filler was added into natural rubber(NR),the effect of SrFe12O19 filler dosages(0〜200 parts,per hundreds of rubber(phr))on the physical-mechanical properties,thermal-air aging resistance and acid resistance of NR was investigated.The results show that Shore A hardness,modulus at 300%,tensile strength and tear strength of NR all increase when SrFe12O19 is added.With the increasing amount of SrFe12O19,the hardness and modulus of composites increase,tensile strength and tear strength increase first,then decrease.The prepared composites have good thermal-oxygen aging resistance and acid resistance performance.Therefore the suitable content of SrFe12O19 in NR should be chosen 25〜50 phr.The effects of SrFe12O19 on the structure of NR were studied by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).Results indicate that adding SrFe12O19 makes the NR surface smoother and improves the structure stability of NR,thus improving the anti-aging and acid resistance of NR.
