摘  要:为了提高空气焓差法的热计量精度,旨在提高干湿球温度的测量精度。影响湿球温度测量精度的因素主要有取样风速和湿纱布的含湿量。湿纱布周围的风速为5~7 m/s时,所测的湿球温度较为准确。而在这个风速下,加快了湿纱布的水分蒸发,湿纱布含湿量降低,直接使测量精度降低。基于单片机设计了自动加湿装置,一方面保证了湿纱布的含湿量,另一方面解决了因频繁加水而带来的试验不便的麻烦。另外,为了试验装置系统的安全性、规范性、配套性,设计了自动加湿装置套筒和干湿球温度测试台。配套零件的设计不仅保证了蒸馏水的洁净度,而且有利于提高试验精度。In order to improve the heat metering accuracy of the air enthalpy method, it needs to improve the measurement accuracy of the dry and wet bulb temperature. The factors affecting the accuracy of wet bulb temperature measurement are mainly the sampling wind speed and the moisture content of the wet gauze. When the moisture content of the wet gauze is lowered, the measurement accuracy is directly lowered. The automatic humidification device is designed based on the single-chip microcomputer. On one hand, the moisture content of the wet gauze is ensured, and on the other hand, the trouble of the test inconvenience caused by frequent water supply is solved. In addition, in order to improve the safety, standardization and matching of the test device system, the automatic humidification device sleeve and the dry and wet bulb temperature test bench are designed. The design of the matching parts not only ensures the cleanliness of the distilled water, but also helps to improve the test accuracy.
