摘　　要：家具行业面临着日益激烈的竞争环境,随着互联网和大数据技术的发展,传统的商业模式已经不能满足新的市场环境和消费者需求,O2O模式作为一种新的电子商务模式,有效地将线上与线下相结合,为家具企业的电子商务提供了新的思路,成为家具行业未来发展转型的一大方向。笔者基于O2O模式的关键要素和家具企业的运营特点,运用数据化思维分析得出家具企业在运营过程中需要和产生的信息,主要包括了人流信息、订单流信息、物流信息和资金流信息,通过对各部分信息的要素分析构建基本模型,并对有关技术和工具进行解读,归纳总结出各类信息流管理的模式和方法,对于家具企业的产品设计、销售,用户服务体系的建立以及企业的运营具有指导性意义。Furniture industry is facing increasingly fierce competitive environment. With the developmentof Internet and big data technology,the traditional business model can no longer meet the new market en-vironment and consumer demand. O2O model,as a new e-commerce model,combines online and offlineeffectively,which provides a new way of thinking for the e-commerce of furniture enterprises and becomesa major direction of the future development and transformation of furniture industry. Based on the key ele-ments of O2O mode and the operation characteristics of furniture enterprises,the information needed andproduced in the process of operation in furniture enterprises was analyzed by data thinking in aspects ofhuman flow information,order flow information, logistics information, and capital flow information. The ba-sic model was constructed through the analysis of the elements of each part of the information. All kinds ofinformation flow management models and methods were summed up through the interpretation of relevanttechnologies and tools,which will be quite significant to the product design and sales,as well as the estab-lishment and operation of customer service system for furniture enterprises.
