葶苈泽漆汤治疗肺癌并胸腔积液临床疗效及对血清25-羟基维生素D水平的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨葶苈泽漆汤治疗肺癌并胸水患者的临床疗效及对血清25-羟基维生素D水平的影响。方法:选取2017年9月至2018年7月贵州省中西医结合医院住院肺癌患者60例,按照患者的就诊时间随机分为葶苈泽漆汤组和顺铂组,治疗时间为28d,比较2组患者于治疗前、治疗28d后胸水消失情况、肿瘤标志物、血清25-羟基维生素D水平表达水平。结果:治疗后,葶苈泽漆汤总有效率为 93.3%,顺铂组总有效率为86.67%,治疗组显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。葶苈泽漆汤肿瘤标志物、血清25-羟基维生素D水平表达水平表达水平均明显低于对照组,(P<0.05)。结论:葶苈泽漆汤可以改善肺癌并胸水患者的胸水情况;降低肿瘤标志物,提高血清25-羟基维生素D水平表达水平表达水平;能够一定程度提高患者生活质量且用药安全。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Yingboze lacquer Decoction in the treatment of lung cancer with pleural effusion and its influence on serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D level.Methods:60 cases of lung cancer hospitalized in Guizhou traditional Chinese medicine hospital from 09 months to 07 months from 2017 to 2018 were randomly divided into ditsu Li Ze paint soup group and cisplatin group.The treatment time was 28 days.The disappearance of pleural effusion,tumor markers and serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D were compared in the two groups before and after 28 days of treatment.Level of expression level.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was 93.3%,86.67% in cisplatin group,and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group (P< 0.05).The expression levels of tumor markers and 25-hydroxyvitamin D in serum were significantly lower than those in the control group (P< 0.O5).Conclusion:it can improve the hydrothorax of the patients with lung cancer and pleural effusion,reduce the expression level of the expression level of the tumor markers and serum 25-hydroxyvitamin D,and can improve the quality of life of the patients to a certain extent and the safety of drug use.
