摘 要:双圆弧齿轮在综合性能上较普通齿轮具有较大优势,尤其是在啮合性能上。但因其结构组成的复杂性,增加双圆弧齿轮刀具的研究和加工难度,研究需更特定化。在目前刀具设计研究基础上,对齿轮建立数学模型函数,在满足齿轮啮合基础上,应用数学几何关系、齿廓法线法等,通过坐标系转换,求得刀具坐标系内刀具齿形齿廓一系列点坐标。涉及的齿轮类型为外齿廓双圆弧齿轮,实际加工的刀具为滚刀。为了便于分析与研究,将双圆弧齿轮与其对应的滚刀简化为双圆弧齿轮与齿条的啮合,进而便于建立齿廓法线方程式,并通过MATLAB编写程序对其仿真求解得到刀具齿形,便于进一步观察分析。Double circular arc gears have greater advantages in comprehensive performance than ordinary gears,especially in meshing performance.However,because of the complexity of its structure,the research and processing of double arc gear cutters are more difficult,so the research needs to be more specific.Based on the current research situation of tool design,this paper further optimizes and establishes a mathematical model function for existing gears.On the basis of satisfying the meshing principle of gears,a series of points of tool tooth profile in tool coordinate system can be obtained by using mathematical geometry relationship and tooth profile normal method.Because the type of gear involved in this paper is double circular arc gear with outer tooth profile,the actual tool is hob.In order to facilitate analysis and research,the double circular arc gear and its hob are simplified as the meshing of the double circular arc gear and its hob,and then the normal equation of the tooth profile can be easily established.The tooth profile of the cutter can be obtained through the simulation program written by MATLAB,which is convenient for further observation and analysis.
