加味百合汤合左金丸治疗原发性胆汁反流性胃炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察加味百合汤合左金丸治疗原发性胆汁反流性胃炎疗效。方法:将原发性胆汁反流性胃炎120例患者随机分为观察组与对照组各60例,对照组给予西药枸橼酸莫沙必利片、铝碳酸镁咀嚼片治疗。观察组在对照组治疗基础上加用加味百合汤合左金丸治疗。疗程均为8周。比较2组在临床疗效、症状积分及胃镜下胆汁反流情况的变化。结果:观察组总有效率91.7%,对照组为75.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组各症状积分较前改善(P<0.05);对照组各症状积分(除口干、口苦)较前改善(P<0.05)。治疗后2组间各症状积分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组治疗前后胃镜下胆汁反流情况比较,差异有统计学意义(Z=-9.564,P<0.01)。对照组治疗前后胃镜下胆汁反流情况比较,差异有统计学意义(Z=-9.560,P<0.01)。2组治疗后胃镜下胆汁反流情况,经秩和检验,差异有统计学意义(Z=-3.638,P<0.01)。结论:加味百合汤合左金丸可有效治疗原发性胆汁反流性胃炎。Objective:To observe the curative effect of modified Baihe tang combined with Zuojin pills for primary bile reflux gastritis.Methods:A total of 120 cases of patients with primary bile reflux gastritis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,60 cases in each group.The control group was treated with mosapride citrate tablets and hydrotalcite chewable tablets,and the observation group was additionally treated with modified Baihe tang combined with Zuojin pills based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for eight weeks.The clinical effect,the symptom scores and the bile reflux under gastroscope in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 91.7%in the observation group,and 75.0%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,each symptom score in the observation group was improved when compared with that before treatment respectively(P<0.05);except for the scores of dry mouth and bitter taste in mouth,each symptom score in the control group was improved when compared with that before treatment respectively(P<0.05).After treatment,the comparison of symptom scores between the two groups showed significance in the difference(P<0.05).The comparison of bile reflux under gastroscope before and after treatment in the observation group showed significance in the difference(Z=-9.564,P<0.01).The comparison of bile reflux under gastroscope before and after treatment in the control group showed significance in the difference(Z=-9.560,P<0.01).The comparison of bile reflux under gastroscope in the two groups showed significance in the difference(Z=-3.638,P<0.01).Conclusion:The therapy of modified Baihe tang combined with Zuojin pills can effectively treat primary bile reflux gastritis.
