摘　　要：目的:探讨阿尔茨海默病(AD)经济负担现状,分析其相关因素。方法:调查江西赣州市已确诊的符合精神障碍诊断和统计手册第四版-修订版的痴呆诊断标准AD患者76人的过去1年相关费用,对不同特征患者总费用进行比较与多元线性回归分析。结果:AD患者年平均医疗总费用为41088元。多元线性回归分析显示,MMSE得分越低,总费用越高(B=-1206.48,P<0.001),居住于护理中心者高于与照料人同住者(B=8216.15,P<0.001),保险或其他来源者低于经济来源为养老金者(B=-163.82,P<0.001),子女抚养者低于经济来源为养老金者(B=-154.69,P<0.001)。结论:江西赣州市AD患者的经济负担较重,主要与病情程度、居住安排和经济来源等因素相关。Objective:To explore the current status of economic burden of Alzheimer disease(AD)and analyze its related factors.Methods:To investigate the economic costs in the past year of AD in 76 patients with AD diagnosed in diagnostic and statistical manual,fourth edition in Ganzhou City,Jiangxi Province.Comparing the total cost of AD patients with different characteristics and analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis.Results:The average annual medical expenses of AD patients were 41088 yuan.Multiple linear regression analysis showed that the lower the MMSE score,the higher the total cost(B=-1206.48,P<0.001).The total cost of patients who lived in nursing center was higher than those who lived with the caregiver(B=8216.15,P<0.001),lower in those who had insurance or other economic sources than those who took pension as economic source(B=-163.82,P<0.001),and lower in those who had child support than those who took pension as economic source(B=-154.69,P<0.001).Conclusion:The economic burden of AD patients in Ganzhou City,Jiangxi Province is heavier,which is mainly related to degree of illness,li ving arrangement and economic source.
