黄曲霉毒素污染玉米对雏鸭生产性能、养分消化及血清生化指标的影响  被引量:4

摘  要:试验通过14 d的饲养试验,评估自然污染黄曲霉毒素B1的玉米饲喂雏鸭对其生长性能、回肠表观消化率、血清激素水平的影响。选择体重一致的雏鸭600只(公、母各半),随机分为2组,每组6个重复,每个重复50只。对照组饲喂玉米-豆粕型基础日粮(100%的正常玉米),处理组用毒素污染的玉米替代100%的正常玉米,毒素污染玉米和日粮中黄曲霉毒素B1的含量分别是195.50μg/kg、124.35μg/kg。结果显示:黄曲霉毒素B1污染的日粮显著降低了8~14 d雏鸭的平均日增重、平均日采食量及第7、14 d体重,试验第8~14 d和1~14 d的料重比显著降低了10%和8%(P<0.05),1~7 d料重比显著提高了11%(P<0.05)。黄曲霉毒素B1污染的日粮对第7 d死亡率无显著影响(P>0.05),但8~14 d死亡率显著提高了5.8%(P<0.05)。黄曲霉毒素B1污染的日粮降低了回肠表观消化能消化率,提高了干物质、氮、氨基酸的回肠表观消化率(P<0.05)。此外,处理组较对照组显著提高了血清瘦素和胰岛素样生长因子-I浓度(P<0.05),但对神经肽Y、胃饥饿素、胆囊收缩素和胰岛素无显著影响(P>0.05)。试验表明,饲喂自然污染黄曲霉毒素B1的玉米日粮抑制了雏鸭的生长性能,提高回肠养分表观消化率,并影响了雏鸭的血清瘦素和胰岛素样因子-I水平。In the study,a 14 d feeding experiment was conducted to evaluate the effect of feeding maize with naturally contaminated aflatoxin B1 on the growth performance,ileum apparent digestibility and serum hormone levels of young ducks.Six hundred ducklings of the same weight(half in male and female)were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with six repeats in each group and 50 repeats in each group.The control group was fed with corn-soybean meal base diet(100%normal corn),while the treatment group was treated with toxin-contaminated corn instead of 100%normal corn,and the content of aflatoxin B1 in toxin-contaminated corn and diet was 195.50μg/kg and 124.35μg/kg,respectively.The results showed that aflatoxin B1 contaminated diet significantly reduced the average daily weight gain,the average daily feed intake on the 8 th and 14 th day,and the body weight on the 7 th and 14 th days of the experiment.The feed weight ratio significantly decreased by 10%and 8%on the 8 th and 1~14 th days of the experiment(P<0.05),and significantly increased by 11%on the 1 st^7 th days of the experiment(P<0.05).Aflatoxin B1 contamination diet had no significant effect on mortality on 7 d(P>0.05),but the mortality on 8~14 d increased significantly by 5.8%(P<0.05).Aflatoxin B1 contamination diet reduced the ileum apparent digestibility of apparent digestible energy and increased the ileum apparent digestibility of for dry matter,nitrogen and amino acid(P<0.05).In addition,serum leptin and insulinlike growth factor-I concentrations were significantly increased in the treatment group compared with the control group(P<0.05),but there were no significant effect on neuropeptide Y,ghrelin,cholecystokinin and insulin(P>0.05).In conclusion,the corn diet naturally contaminated by aflatoxin B1 inhibited the growth performance of ducklings,improved the apparent digestibility of nutrients in ileum,and affected the serum leptin and insulin-like factor-I levels of ducklings.
