摘  要:随着当前教育及人才培养理念与硬件的不断升级,传统高校教学模式及方法已经无法满足和适应当前人才培养及教学发展的实际需要。长春中医药大学康复医学院紧跟时代步伐,全面专注于教育理念的升级及教学形式的改革,通过灵活运用新模式教学法并与思政元素相结合,采用灵活考核互评来裁汰传统的期末考试一刀切,改革教育教学质量体系评价,最终使康复医学院的整体教育理念、教学模式、师资水平及人才培养质量得到了全面而深入的提升,从而为医学教育事业作出应有的实绩!With continuous upgrading of current education and personnel training concepts and hardware,traditional teaching mode and methods in colleges and universities have been unable to meet and adapt to actual needs of current personnel training and teaching development.Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation School keeps up with pace of the times,focuses on upgrading of educational ideas and teaching forms reform,applied new teaching method flexibly and combines it with ideological and political elements,eliminate traditional final examination with flexible assessment and mutual evaluation.It reform evaluation of educational quality system,and improve overall educational ideas,teaching models,teaching staffs level and personnel training quality of rehabilitation school deeply,and make due achievements for medical education!
