浅析早期康复治疗对于患者脑卒中后肢体运动功能障碍产生的影响

摘　　要：目的研究在临床进行康复治疗时对脑卒中后的患者肢体运动功能障碍进行早期康复治疗对其肢体运动功能产生的影响进行浅析。方法在2018年1月至2019年1月间我院收治并确诊为脑卒中且患者肢体运动功能因此疾病产生了障碍以及基本满足本次研究对象要求的患者中随机选择了100例作为本次研究对象,再将其按照不同的康复治疗方式平均分为对照组50例,采取常规康复治疗措施;观察组50例,采取早期康复治疗措施,对两组研究对象采取不同的康复治疗措施对肢体运动功能障碍产生的影响以及对不同治疗措施的满意程度进行观察分析。结果首先对两组研究对象不同的康复治疗措施的满意度进行统计对比,观察组的治疗措施满意度要比对照组高且对比分析出P<0.05,差异存在统计学意义。其次,将两组研究对象的上下肢FMA评分(Fugl-Meyer评测法)以及神经功能评分进行统计对比,两组患者康复治疗前的数据差异不明显,无统计学意义(P>0.05);经过不同的康复治疗以后,观察组的上下肢FMA评分以及神经功能评分指标均比对照组要好,差异明显存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在临床对脑卒中后肢体运动功能障碍的患者进行康复治疗时,进行早期康复治疗对其肢体运动功能产生的影响较好,明显让患者的肢体运动功能得到了改善,保障了患者未来的生活质量,积极促进了疾病的预后改善,临床治疗效果明显,具有较好的推广意义。Objective to study and analyze effect of early rehabilitation treatment on limb motor function of stroke patients during clinical rehabilitation treatment.Methods choose 100 cases diagnosed stroke patients with limb motor dysfunction admitted to our hospital from January 2018 to January 2019 reaching experimental standard as research objects.Divide them into control group(50 cases,with routine rehabilitation treatment)and observation group(50 cases,early rehabilitation treatment measures)according to different rehabilitation treatment methods.Observe and analyze effects of different rehabilitation treatment measures on limb motor dysfunction and satisfaction degree of different treatment measures.Results first of all,statistical comparison showed,satisfaction degree of in observation group was higher than control group,difference was statistically significant,(P<0.05).Secondly,FMA scores of upper and lower limbs(Fugl Meyer evaluation method)and neurological function scores of two groups showed no significant difference between two groups before rehabilitation treatment(P>0.05);after different rehabilitation treatment,FMA scores of upper and lower limbs and neurological function scores of observation group were better than control group,difference was statistically significance(P<0.05).Conclusion early rehabilitation treatment can achieve good effect on limb motor function of limb motor dysfunction after stroke,and improve limb motor function of patients significantly,enhance life quality of patients in future,improve prognosis of disease with obvious clinical treatment effect,which is of good promotion significance.
