基于奥美拉唑的四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性型消化性溃疡的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究基于奥美拉唑的四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性型消化性溃疡的临床效果。方法86例幽门螺杆菌阳性型消化性溃疡患者,利用抽签法分为对照组和试验组,各43例。对照组给予常规治疗,试验组在对照组基础上给予基于奥美拉唑的四联疗法治疗,比较两组的临床治疗效果、幽门螺杆菌清除率、复发率和不良反应发生率。结果试验组治疗总有效率为95.35%,高于对照组的79.07%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组幽门螺杆菌清除率为95.35%,高于对照组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组复发率为6.98%,低于对照组的23.26%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率为9.30%,低于对照组的4.65%,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在幽门螺杆菌阳性型消化性溃疡治疗中,奥美拉唑四联疗法效果理想,并可有效抑制病情复发,且安全性较高,值得推荐。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of omeprazole-based quadruple therapy for Helicobacter pylori-positive peptic ulcer.Methods A total of 86 patients with Helicobacter pylori-positive peptic ulcer were divided into control group and experimental group by lottery method,with 43 cases in each group.The control group received conventional therapy,and the experimental group received omeprazole-based quadruple therapy on the basis of the control group.The clinical effect,eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori,recurrence rate and occurrence of adverse reactions was compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of treatment was 95.35%in the experimental group,which was higher than 79.07%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The eradication rate of Helicobacter pylori was 95.35%in the experimental group,which was higher than 81.40%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate was 6.98%in the experimental group,which was lower than 23.26%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions 9.30%in the experimental group was lower than 4.65%in the control group,but the difference was statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Omeprazole-based quadruple therapy shwos ideal effect for the treatment of Helicobacter pylori-positive peptic ulcer,and it can effectively inhibit the recurrence of the disease with high safety.It is worth recommending.
