摘　　要：目的分析在口腔正畸治疗中种植支抗钉的临床效果。方法选取我院于2017年1月至2019年10月收治的50例进行口腔正畸的患者,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用传统的正畸治疗方式,观察组采用口腔正畸种植支抗钉进行治疗。对比两组患者的治疗效果、治疗情况及术后的不良反应。结果观察组患者的治疗效果比对照组好(P<0.05);观察组患者的切牙凸距差、磨牙远移效果及中切牙压倾角差情况均明显优于对照组患者,观察组的治疗周期明显比对照组短(P<0.05);观察组患者手术完成后的不良反应发生率明显比对照组患者低(P<0.05)。结论经微型种植支抗钉应用于口腔正畸中,临床效果显著,治疗安全性高,值得临床推广应用。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of implanting anchorage in orthodontic treatment.Methods Fifty patients who underwent orthodontics from January 2017 to October 2019 were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The control group was treated with traditional orthodontic treatment and the observation group was treated with orthodontic implant anchorage.The therapeutic effects,orthodontic treatment,and postoperative adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The therapeutic effect of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The difference of incisor distance,molar displacement and middle incisor pressure angle difference in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions after surgery was significantly lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The micro-planted anchorage was used in orthodontics,and the clinical effect was remarkable.The micro-planting anchorage nail has high safety.It is worthy of clinical application.
