摘 要:为减小轧辊磨削过程中再生颤振现象以提高工件磨削质量,基于再生颤振机理,同时考虑轧辊及砂轮再生颤振,建立了轧辊、砂轮再生颤振动力学模型。分析了轧辊和砂轮再生颤振共同作用对磨削稳定性的影响。通过数值模拟仿真研究了在无扰动和有扰动情况下,工件转速对系统稳定性的影响以及进给速度对系统颤振特性的影响。数值模拟结果为生产实践中抑制轧辊磨床颤振提供了实践与方法指导。In order to reduce the phenomenon of regenerative chatter during roll grinding to improve the grinding quality of the workpiece,the vibration model of the regenerative vibration of the roll and the grinding wheel is established.It’s based on the regenerative chatter mechanism and considering the regenerative chatter of the roll and the grinding wheel.The influence of roller and grinding wheel regenerative chatter on the grinding stability is analyzed.Through numerical simulation,the influence of workpiece rotation speed on system stability and the influence of feed rate on system chatter characteristics are studied under undisturbed and disturbed conditions.The numerical simulation results provide practical and methodological guidance for suppressing the vibration of the roll grinder in production practice.
