摘  要:为了探究最佳热处理工艺对蓝变木材材色和力学性能的影响,以杨木和樟子松蓝变材为试材,以温度170℃、190℃、210℃,时间1 h、2 h、3 h为试验参数,用正交试验法对两个树种的试材进行了热处理。测试了热处理材力学性能和正常色部位与蓝变色部位之间的色差,研究了热处理工艺对力学性能和色差值的影响。结果表明,热处理温度越高、时间越长,杨木和樟子松变色部位与正常部位之间的色饱和度差值(ΔC*)、明度差值(ΔL*)和色差值(ΔE)越接近零,即正常色部位和蓝变部位之间的颜色越均匀;与对照材相比,当热处理温度≤190℃时,两种木材的抗弯强度和抗弯弹性模量均增大;当热处理条件为190℃/2 h时,两种木材的抗弯强度最大;在190℃/2 h时杨木抗弯弹性模量最大,190℃/1 h时樟子松抗弯弹性模量最大。综合两方面因素,杨木的最佳热处理工艺为190℃/2 h,樟子松的最佳热处理工艺为190℃/1 h。In order to explore the effect of the best heat treatment process on the color and mechanical properties of blue-stained wood,with poplar and scotch pine blue-stained wood used as test materials,with temperatures of 170℃,190℃,and 210℃and time of 1 h,2 h,3 h as test parameters,the samples of two tree species were heat treated with an orthogonal test method.The mechanical properties of the heat-treated material and the color difference between the normal color part and the blue discolored part were tested,and the influence of the heat treatment process on the mechanical properties and color difference values was studied.The results shows:the values ofΔC*、ΔL*andΔE got close to zero with the increase in temperature and duration.It means that the color difference between stained and unstained area were more uniform;compared with the contrast material,in the case of heat treatment temperature≤190℃,modulus of rupture(MOR)and modulus of elasticity(MOE)of the two kinds of wood were enhanced.In the case of heat treatment conditions of 190℃and 2 h,the two kinds of wood have the largest flexural strength and poplar had the largest MOE value.In the case of heat treatment conditions of 190℃and 1 h,pinus sylvestris had the largest MOE value.Considering the factors in these two aspects,The best heat treatment process for poplar(PopulusL.P.)is 190℃and 2h,the best heat treatment process for pinus sylvestris(P.sylvestris var.mongolica Litvin.)is 190℃and 1 h.
