国外档案职业的核心技能要求及对我国的启示

摘　　要：档案职业的核心技能是档案职业技能体系中起关键作用的存在,是决定档案职业专业化程度的重要因素,对档案职业发展至关重要。本文通过介绍美国、英国、澳大利亚国家官方机构公布的文件中有关档案职业核心技能要求的内容,在梳理归纳的基础上,总结出国外档案职业核心技能要求对促进我国档案职业专业化发展的启示。并在中外对比中得出要建立中国特色档案职业核心技能,需要树立正确的档案职业伦理价值观念,构建协调可持续的档案职业生态系统。The core skills of the archival profession are the key role of the archival professional skills system,which is an important factor in determining the degree of archival professionalization.It is crucial to the development of archival profession.This paper introduces the contents of the core archival professional skills requirements in the documents published by the official agencies of the United States,the United Kingdom,and Australia.On the basis of combing and summarizing,it summarizes the enlightenment of archival professional core skills requirements in foreign to promote the archival professional development in China.In order to establish the core professional skills of archival profession with Chinese characteristics,It is necessary to establish correct archive professional ethics values and build a coordinated and sustainable archival profession ecosystem.
