双肾造瘘联合输尿管阻断支架治疗膀胱直肠残端瘘一例报告

摘　　要：本文报道1例膀胱直肠残端瘘患者采用介入治疗的临床效果,该患者因Hartmann术后直肠残端肿瘤进展侵犯膀胱并放化疗而致尿瘘,严重影响生活质量;参照膀胱阴道瘘治疗经验,成功采用双肾造瘘联合输尿管阻断支架并取得良好的姑息治疗效果。This report is about the application of interventional therapy for bladder rectal residual fistula in a patient whose postoperative rectal stump tumor invaded the bladder and underwent radiotherapy and chemotherapy,resulting in urinary fistula,which seriously affected the quality of life.Referring to the treatment experience of visicovaginal fistula,the patient successfully adopted double percutaneous nephrostomy combined with ureter occlusion stent and achieved good palliative treatment effect.
