麝香保心丸治疗心肌缺血的效果评价

摘　　要：目的通过分析麝香保心丸对冠心病心肌缺血的治疗效果,评价其安全性和对生化指标、肝肾功能及心脏功能的影响。方法选择2015年1月至2017年1月收治的150例冠心病患者在常规治疗的基础上,加麝香保心丸,治疗1个月,观察疗效,评价其安全性,分析治疗前后1个月生化指标血脂、肝功能、肾功能的变化及心脏功能的影响。结果150例冠心病患者使用麝香保心丸,未发现明显不良反应,安全性高。治疗前后1个月,生化指标胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白不同程度降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);肝功能、肾功能治疗前后,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);心脏左心室舒张末直径(LVEDD)较治疗前降低,6 min步行试验距离(6MWT)较前增加,心脏射血分数(EF%)增加,治疗前后差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病患者使用麝香保心丸,疗效显著,用药安全,并可降低血脂,稳定肝功能、肾功能指标,改善冠心病患者的预后,提高心功能,减少心脏不良事件发生。Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects and safety of Shexiangbaoxin pill combined with western medicine in treatment of myocardial ischemia,and to explore their effects on biochemical indexes,hepatorenal function and cardiac function of patients with coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods A total of 150 patients with coronary heart disease,on the basis of conventional therapy,were treated by Shexiangbaoxin pill for one month.The therapeutic effects and safety were evaluated,moreover,the changes of blood lipid,liver function,renal function and cardiac function before and after treatment were observed and analyzed.Results After treatment,no obcious side effects were found in the 150 patients,with good safety.At one month before and after treatment,the biochemical indexes including cholesterol,triglyceride and low density lipoprotein were decreased at different degrees,there were significant differences(P<0.05).There were no significant changes in liver function and renal function before treatment and after treatment(P>0.05).Howeve the left ventricle end diastolic diameter(LVEDD)was significantly decreased after treatment,and the distance of 6min walking test(6MWT)and cardiac ejection fraction(EF%)were significantly increased after treatment,there were significant differences before treatment and after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion The therapeutic effects of Shexiangbaoxin pill on coronary heart disease are significant,with good safety,which can reduce blood lipid,stabilize liver function and kidney function,improve the prognosis of patients with coronary heart disease,improve cardiac function and reduce the occurrence of adverse cardiac events.
