摘　　要：文中分析了在美国进行可持续森林管理背景下林产工业企业在环保认证、应对经济危机和适应社会思想转变等方面所遇到的战略环境限制,以及对此做出的在企业形象、投融资模式、产品研发方向以及企业管理思考框架等方面的战略转变;在此基础上,结合我国林产工业发展现状,建议通过完善森林认证体系、借鉴美国的林地投资管理模式和统一可持续管理思考框架等措施,加大对林产工业技术研发的支持力度,加强对我国林产工业的管理,从而增强其国际竞争力。This paper analyzes the strategic environmental constraints over forestry industrial enterprises in achieving environmental certification,addressing economic crisis and adapting to social thoughts changes in the context of sustainable forest management in the United States of America,and their corresponding strategic shifts in corporate image,investment and financing model,product development direction and corporate management framework.On this basis,with the focus on the development of China’s forestry industry,it is recommended to establish a sound forest certification system,learn from the forestry investment management modes in the USA,and unify the sustainable management framework for building in the support of forestry industrial technology research and development,strengthening the management of China’s forestry industry,and thereby enhancing its international competitiveness.
