摘　　要：海洋开发水平是衡量国家综合国力的重要指标,海洋产业是加快海洋经济发展的关键因素。海洋高新技术产业园作为海洋科技创新的重要载体,其建设和发展对海洋经济平稳增长有重要的意义。本文通过分析国内外海洋科技产业的发展特点,总结重点海洋高新技术产业园区的发展经验和启示,为威海发展海洋高新技术产业提出建议,以推动威海市海洋经济高质量发展。The level of marine development is an important index to measure the comprehensive national strength and marine industry is the key factor to accelerate the development of marine economy.As an important carrier of marine science and technology innovation,the construction and development of marine high-tech industrial park is of great significance to the steady growth of marine economy.In this paper,the experience and enlightenment of key marine high-tech industrial parks is summarized by analyzing the development characteristics of marine science and technology industries at home and abroad,and suggestions are put forward for the development of Weihai(Rongcheng)Marine High-Tech Industry Park to promote its further high-quality development.
