摘　　要：结肠癌是一类具有高发病率和高死亡率的疾病,通过结肠镜检查可以实现对结肠癌的早期发现和早期治疗。结肠癌的诊断率与结肠镜检查质量密切相关,而结肠镜检查质量受多种因素的影响。本文就肠道准备、退镜时间、内镜技术、盲肠插管率和患者舒适度对结肠镜检查质量的影响及其控制作一综述,以期提高结肠镜对疾病的检出率。Colon cancer is a disease with high morbidity and mortality,and colonoscopy can contribute to the early detection and treatment of colon cancer.The detection rate of colon cancer is closely related to the quality of colonoscopy,and a number of factors affect the quality of colonoscopy.This article reviewed the affecting factors and controlling approaches of bowel preparation,withdrawal time,endoscopic technique,cecal intubation rate and patient comfort on the quality of colonoscopy,so as to improve the detection rate of colonic disease.
