摘　　要：鲁棒性良好的机车周转图对于铁路机务部门降低运输成本、减少机车乘务人员劳动强度具有重要意义。本文主要通过对机车扰动时间影响因素的分析,得出鲁棒性良好的机车周转图可以减少机车运用台数、提高机车周转方案的均衡性。The locomotive turnover diagram with good robustness is of great significance for railway locomotive maintenance department to reduce transportation cost and labor intensity of locomotive crew.In this paper,by analyzing the influence factors of locomotive disturbance time,it is concluded that the locomotive turnover diagram with good robustness can reduce the number of locomotives in use and improve the balance of locomotive turnover scheme.
