摘  要:利用30 m3大容积移动隔板式环境测试舱,采用正交与单因素试验,探究检测条件对木制柜整体甲醛释放量的影响及相关性。结果表明,对木家具中甲醛释放量影响程度大小的因子依次为:面积承载率、温度、空气交换率、相对湿度;面积承载率、温度、相对湿度与样品的甲醛释放量呈正相关,空气交换率与样品的甲醛释放量呈负相关。Effects of test conditions on formaldehyde emissions from whole wooden furniture were studied using a 30 m3 large chamber.The results showed that the factor sequence of the test conditions on formaldehyde concentrations in air from the furniture samples was as follows:area bearing rate,temperature,air exchange rate and relative humidity.The area bearing rate,temperature and relative humidity were positively correlated to the formaldehyde emissions,while the area bearing rate was negatively correlated to the formaldehyde emissions.
