摘　　要：化工实践培训实验室(实训室)是高职院校化工实践教学的主要场所,科学、合理地使用实训室资源,充分、高效地发挥实训室作用,是保障化工基础课程教学质量的关键。因此,实训室的建设与管理已成为一项重要的研究课题。从学生管理、教师管理以及院系管理等方面对高职院校化工实训室的建设进行了探讨。Chemical engineering practice training laboratory(training room)is the main place of chemical engineering practice teaching in higher vocational colleges.Scientific and reasonable use of training room resources,full and efficient play of the role of training room is the key to ensure the quality of chemical basic course teaching.Therefore,the construction and management of training room has become an important research topic.This paper discusses the construction of chemical engineering training room in Higher Vocational Colleges from the aspects of student management,teacher management and department management.
