摘 要:根据马斯洛需求层次理论,结合结构性访谈结果与相关文献,笔者确定了西藏专科大学生兼职动机维度,并编制了初测问卷。选取286名学生进行初测,并对数据结果进行探索性因素分析;选取394名学生进行正式测试,对所得数据进行验证性因素分析、信效度检验、人口统计学变量上的独立样本T检验和单因素方差分析。西藏专科大学生兼职动机问卷共有21个项目,包含自我实现需要、归属和爱的需要、尊重的需要、生理需要和安全需要5个维度。结果表明:验证性因素证实该5个维度模型拟合良好:各维度之间及各维度与问卷总分之间均呈正相关,同时各维度之间相关系数均低于各维度与问卷总分的相关系数。西藏专科大学生兼职动机的Cronbach'sα系数为0.903,可以作为西藏专科大学生兼职动机的测量工具。According to Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory,combined with the results of structural interviews and related literature,the author determined the dimensions of part-time motivation of Tibetan junior college students,and compiled a preliminary questionnaire.286 students were selected for the initial test,and the data results were analyzed by exploratory factor analysis;394 students were selected for the formal test,and the data were analyzed by confirmatory factor analysis,reliability and validity test,independent sample t-test on demographic variables and one-way ANOVA.There are 21 items in the questionnaire of part-time motivation of Tibetan college students,including 5 dimensions:self realization needs,belonging and love needs,respect needs,physiological needs and safety needs.The results show that the five dimensions model fit well:there is a positive correlation between each dimension and the total score of the questionnaire,and the correlation coefficient between each dimension is lower than the correlation coefficient between each dimension and the total score of the questionnaire.Cronbachs coefficient alpha of Tibetan College Students’Part-time motivation is 0.903,which can be used as a measurement tool of Tibetan junior college students’part-time motivation.
