摘  要:本文旨在探讨公立医院绩效薪酬制度方案设计以及未来发展方向。采用基础薪酬、绩效薪酬为主(月度)、一次性激励(年度)为辅的多元化绩效分配方式,设计符合某医院发展状况的薪酬方案。经试行,方案设计较合理,测算结果较为理想,可以逐步从业务较单一的科室,到综合性科室,逐步推行该医院多元化绩效薪酬制度改革。The purpose of this paper is to discuss the design and the future development of the performance pay system in public hospitals by adopting the diversified performance distribution methods of basic salary,performance-based salary(monthly)and one-time incentive(annual),and designing the salary plan in line with the development status of hospitals.The trial shows that the program design is reasonable and the calculation result is ideal.Thus,the hospitals can gradually carry out the reform of diversified performance compensation system from the departments with relatively single business to the comprehensive departments.
