高校就业类学生社团建设调查——以Z省L大学为例

摘　　要：利用调查研究法,从教师和学生社团干部两个角度硏究高校就业社团建设的现状及存在的问题。以Z省L大学为例,无论是从社团的数量、还是从社团的存在形式看,该校就业类社团建设的总体水平一般。利用社会统计学方法,发现"有无相对固定的辅导员从事就业工作"是影响就业类学生组织存在与否的关键因素。将学生社团干部分为社团领导和社团干事,发现两者对就业社团建设存在不同的看法。当前,高校就业社团存在品牌活动少、经费不足等问题,加强就业社团建设可以从创建品牌活动、成立高校企业俱乐部、提供必要的经费保障、加强对社团成员的培训、配备负责的指导老师、加强社团的思政建设等方面入手。By using the method of investigation,this paper studies the current situation and existing problems of the construction of employment associations in colleges and universities from the perspectives of teachers and student leaders of associations.Taking L University in Z Province as an example,No matter from the number of associations or from the existence form of associations,the overall level of the construction of employment associations in L University is general.Using the method of social statistics,it is found that"whether there are relatively fixed teacher engaged in employment work"is the key factor affecting the existence of employment students'organizations.It is found that there are different views on the construction of employment associations in L University.At present,there are problems such as too few brand activities and insufficient funds in the employment associations of L University.To strengthen the construction of the employment associations,we can start from the aspects of creating brand activities,setting up business club in university,providing necessary funds guarantee,strengthening the training of the members of the associations,providing the responsible instructors,and intensifying the ideological and political construction of the associations.
