摘 要:目的探讨环氧化酶2(COX-2)、上皮型钙黏附蛋白(E-cadherin)在尖锐湿疣组织中的表达及其相互关系。方法选取尖锐湿疣组织90例(尖锐湿疣组)、正常皮肤组织90例(对照组),采用免疫组化染色检测2组标本中的COX-2、E-cadherin表达。结果尖锐湿疣组织中的COX-2、E-cadherin蛋白阳性表达率分别为67. 78%、24. 44%,对照组组织标本中的COX-2、E-cadherin阳性表达率分别为8. 89%、91. 11%,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05);尖锐湿疣组织中的COX-2与E-cadherin蛋白表达呈负相关关系(r=-0. 458,P <0. 01);尖锐湿疣组织中的COX-2、E-cadherin蛋白阳性表达率在不同年龄、性别、治疗后是否复发的组织中表达差异均无统计学意义(P>0. 05)。结论尖锐湿疣组织中的COX-2蛋白高表达、E-cadherin蛋白低表达,二者呈负相关关系。Objective To investigate the expression and correlation of COX-2 and E-cadherin in condyloma acuminatum.Methods Ninety cases of condyloma acuminate and 90 cases of normal skin tissue( control group) were selected. Immunohistochemical staining was used to detect the expression of COX-2 and E-cadherin in the two groups. Results The positive rates of COX-2 and E-cadherin in condyloma acuminata were 67. 78% and 24. 44%. The positive rates of COX-2 and E-cadherin in the control tissue samples were 8. 89% and 91. 11%,with the difference statistically significant( P < 0. 05);there was a negative correlation between COX-2 and E-cadherin protein expression in condyloma acuminata( r =-0. 458,P < 0. 01);the positive rates of COX-2 and E-cadherin in condyloma acuminata were not significantly different between different ages,genders,and recurrence after treatment( P > 0. 05). Conclusion High expression of COX-2 protein and low expression of E-cadherin protein in condyloma acuminata were negatively correlated.
