穴位电刺激联合耳穴贴压对围绝经期综合征患者焦虑抑郁症状、生活质量及神经递质的影响

摘　　要：目的观察穴位电刺激联合耳穴贴压对围绝经期综合征(PMS)患者焦虑抑郁症状、生活质量及神经递质的影响。方法选取2015年1月至2017年6月诊治的PMS患者64例,分为对照组(n=34)和观察组(n=30),对照组给予激素替代治疗,观察组给予穴位电刺激联合耳穴贴压治疗。4周为1疗程,持续3个疗程。观察2组症状改善情况及治疗前后中医证候总积分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、生活质量(MENQOL评分)、血清神经递质[5羟色胺(5-HT)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)、多巴胺(DA)]变化。结果观察组症状缓解时间、症状消失时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前2组中医证候总积分、SAS评分、SDS评分、MENQOL评分、血清5-HT、NE、DA比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后2组中医证候总积分、SAS评分、SDS评分、MENQOL评分均明显低于治疗前,血清5-HT、NE、DA均明显高于治疗前(P>0.05),且观察组中医证候总积分、SAS评分、SDS评分、MENQOL评分低于对照组,血清5-HT、NE、DA高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论穴位电刺激联合耳穴贴压治疗PMS能够有效缓解患者临床症状和焦虑抑郁状态,改善患者生活质量,并提高血清单胺类神经递质水平,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the effects of acupoint electrostimulation combined with seed-pressure therapy on the anxiety-depression symptoms,life quality and serum neurotransmitters of women patients with perimenopausal syndrome(PMS).Methods A total of 64 patients with PMS who were admitted and treated in our hospital from January 2015 to Junuary 2017 were enrolled in the study,who were divided into observation group(n=30)and control group(n=34).The patients in control group were received hormone replacement therapy,however,the patients in observation group were treated by acupoint electrostimulation combined with seed-pressure therapy,with a treatment course of 4 weeks,totally three courses for both groups.After treatment,the improvement status of symptoms,TCM Symptom score,SAS score,SDS score,MENQOL score and the changes of serum neurotransmitters(5-HT,NE and DA)before and after treatment were observed and compared between the two groups.Results The remission time and disappearance time of symptoms in observation group were significantly shorter than those in control group(P<0.05).Before treatment there were no significant differences in TCM symptom scores,SAS scores,SDS scores,MENQOL scores and serum levels of 5-HT,NE and DA between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the TCM symptom scores,SAS scores,SDS scores and MENQOL scores in both groups were significantly decreased,as compared with those before treatment,however,the serum levels of 5-HT,NE and DA were significantly increased(P<0.05),moreover,the decrease degree and increase degree in observation group were more significant than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The acupoint electrostimulation combined with seed-pressure therapy can significantly alleviate the clinical symptoms and anxiety-depression state of patients with PMS,improve the life quality,increase serum levels of neurotransmitters,therefor,it is worthy of clinical application and promotion.
