摘 要:以YJSW315双涡轮液力变矩器为研究对象,采用三维流体数值计算分析方法,结合束流理论深入研究了叶片安放角与液流角之间的关系,探讨一级和二级涡轮叶片安放角的优化方案。研究表明,将一级涡轮叶片进口安放角变为64.5°,出口安放角变为25.9°,二级涡轮叶片外环进口包角变为78°,内环进口包角变为78°,进口安放角变为136.4°,出口安放角变为39°时,变矩器在低转速比(i=0.225~0.45)下运行的效率提高了3%~5%,启动工况变矩比由3.91提高至4.23。研究结果对YJSW315双涡轮液力变矩器的进一步优化改进具有较大的指导意义。The YJSW315 dual-turbine torque converter is taken as the study object,the three-dimensional numerical calculation analysis method and sheaf flow theory are combined to study the relationship between the blade setting angle and flow angle,then the optimization scheme for blade angle of first and two stage turbine blades are settled.When the setting angle in inlet of the first stage turbine blades increased to 64.5°,the outlet one increased to 25.9°,and for the second stage turbine blades,the setting angle in inlet increases from to 136.4°,outer ring import package angle decreases to 78°,the inner ring into the package angle decreases from to 78°,the calculation shows that,the torque converter efficiency can be increased by 3%to 5%in the low speed ratio(i=0.225~0.45)working range,in the optimal condition(i=0.45),the efficiency increases from 82.7%to 86.5%.The results of the study are of great significance to the further optimization and improvement of YJSW315 double turbo hydraulic torque converter.
