摘  要:钢丝绳的横向振动与提升系统的结构设计和动态特性关系复杂,钢丝绳的工况条件加大了其测量的难度。为抑制钢丝绳的横向振动和提高提升系统运行的平稳性和安全性,对钢丝绳横向振动的测量和研究是不可或缺的。提出一种基于单目视觉检测原理的钢丝绳横向振动测量方法,给出了图像采集系统的设计,图像处理流程以及系统软件编写流程,并利用C++Builder XE编程平台通过C++语言完成视觉处理算法设计。分析了影响测量精度的系统误差并给出了相应的解决方案。实验表明,提出的钢丝绳横向振动测量方法可以准确反映钢丝绳横向振动规律并对后续钢丝绳横向振动理论研究提供实验依据和数据支持。The transverse vibration of wire rope is related to the structure design and dynamic characteristics of the hoisting system,the condition of the wire rope make it more difficult to measure.In order to suppress the transverse vibration of the wire rope and improve the smoothness and safety of the hoisting system,it is indispensable to measure and study the transverse vibration of the wire rope.This paper presents a measurement method for transverse vibration of wire rope based on monocular vision,The design of image acquisition system,image processing flow and system software writing process are given,the visual processing algorithm is completed by C++language using C++Builder XE programming platform.The systematic errors that affect the measurement accuracy are analyzed and the corresponding solutions are given.The experimental results show that the transverse vibration measurement method proposed in this paper can accurately reflect the transverse vibration law of wire rope and provide experimental basis and data support for the later study of transverse vibrationof wire rope.
