去产能与资源整合推进下煤炭企业经营效率研究

摘　　要：在去产能和资源整合的持续推进下,各个煤炭企业的经营效率的变化如何,其各主要影响因素的变化如何,是需要重点考虑的。本文在持续推进的去产能和资源整合背景下,通过构建交叉效率DEA-Tobit模型对企业的经营效率和影响因素进行了重新探讨,认为当前煤炭企业的经营发展呈现两极化,发展受阻的企业内部管理仍存在很多问题,且受到市场份额、高素质人才状况、安全生产状况等因素的影响。此外,提出了增加科技创新投入等对策建议,对规范我国煤炭企业经营管理具有一定的现实意义。Under the continuous advancement of de-capacity and resource integration,how the changes in the operational efficiency of various coal enterprises and the changes in their major influencing factors are important considerations.The article re-discussed the operating efficiency and influencing factors of the enterprise by constructing the cross-efficiency DEA-Tobit model in the context of continuous de-capacity and resource integration.It is believed that the current business development of the enterprise is polarized,and the internal management of the enterprise that is hindered by development remains There are many problems,and the factors such as market share,high-quality talents,and safe production status are obtained,in order to provide a reference for managers.
