摘　　要：目的:探讨胸腔镜联合腹腔镜对比开胸三切口食管癌根治术治疗食管癌的临床效果。方法:选取在本院治疗的64例食管癌患者,采取随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各32例,对照组患者采取开胸三切口食管癌根治术治疗,观察组患者采取胸腔镜+腹腔镜联合手术,分析比较两组患者的相关围术期指标,包括手术时间、术中出血量、术后引流量、疼痛评分等有无差异。结果:观察组患者手术时间、术后拔管时间、住院时间明显短于对照组,术后引流量、术中出血量明显少于对照组,术后5d疼痛评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:胸腔镜+腹腔镜联合手术可减轻手术创伤及术后疼痛,有利于患者术后恢复,与开胸三切口食管癌根治术相比,具有明显优势。Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of thoracoscopy combined with laparoscopy in the treatment of esophageal cancer with radical thoracotomy threeincision esophageal cancer.Methods:Sixty-four patients with esophageal cancer treated in our hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 32 cases each.The control group patients were treated with open thoracotomy three-incision esophageal cancer radical surgery,and the observation group patients were treated with thoracoscopy+Combined laparoscopic surgery,analyze and compare the relevant perioperative indicators of the two groups of patients,including whether there is any difference in surgical time,intraoperative blood loss,postoperative drainage,and pain scores.Results:The operation time,postoperative extubation time,and hospital stay of the observation group were significantly shorter than those of the control group.The postoperative drainage and intraoperative blood loss were significantly less than those of the control group,and the pain score at 5 days after operation was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The combined operation of thoracoscopy and laparoscopy can reduce surgical trauma and postoperative pain,and is conducive to postoperative recovery.Compared with radical thoracotomy three-incision esophageal cancer radical surgery,it has obvious advantages and deserves promotion.
