摘　　要：介绍XC-1500型卧式裁断机的主要技术参数、基本结构和工作原理。由于XC-1500型卧式裁断机不能满足胎体帘布裁断角度大于45°的要求,需要进行改造。设计了送布装置改造和裁断装置改造两种方案,对比分析确定裁断装置的改造方案并进行实施,改造后既不影响设备结构完整性,又降低了劳动强度,满足了裁断角度、生产效率和工艺质量的要求。The main technical parameters,basic structure and working principle of XC-1500 horizontal cutting machine were introduced.The improvement was carried out in order to enable the cutting of large angle of carcass cord fabric,i.e.over 45°.Improvement schemes for fabric feeding device and cutting device were designed,analyzed and compared.After the selected design was implemented,the requirements of large cutting angle,production efficiency and process quality were all met.Meanwhile,the structural integrity of the equipment was not affected and the labor intensity was reduced.
