摘　　要：目的:分析MRKH声像图表现,探讨超声检查在MRKH综合征中的应用价值。方法:回顾福建省厦门市妇幼保健院近2年收治的8例MRKH综合征患者,分析其临床特点及超声表现。结果:7名就诊者年龄集中于青春期,超声表现为双侧卵巢内下方至膀胱后方或直肠前方肌性回声,未探及确切阴道气线回声;1名手术治疗后患者超声表现为始基子宫,短小阴道。结论:MRKH超声声像图表现具有极高的敏感性和特异性。超声作为临床辅助诊断MRKH具有重要临床价值。Objective:To explore the features and diagnostic value of ultrasonography in the diagnosis of Mayer-Rokitansky-Küster-Hauser Syndrome.Method:Eight cases of MRKH Syndrome in the past two years in Women and Children’s Hospital,School of Medicine,Xiamen university were reviewed.Their clinical features,ultrasonography were analyzed.Result:All subjects suffered from primary amenorrhea,Bilateral rudimentary uterus from the lower part of the ovary to the back of the bladder or the front of the rectum.cases and complete vaginal atresia ultrasonographic manifestations were visible in 7 cases,1 case manifested rudimentary uterus and short vaginal ultrasonography was postoperatively.Conclusion:The sonographic features of MRKH have high sensitivity and specificity.Ultrasound can be used as an important method for clinical diagnosis of MRKH.
