激光治疗视网膜静脉周围炎25例效果分析

摘　　要：目的:关于激光疗法对于视网膜静脉周围炎进行治疗的效果评价。方法:将2015年1月~2017年12月本院收治的视网膜静脉周围炎25例作为本研究的观察组,治疗的过程中,为患者选择激光治疗方案进行治疗,选择同期本院收治的另外25例视网膜静脉周围炎患者作为对照组,对所有患者均选择采用常规的疗法进行治疗,对两组不同治疗方案的效果进行评价和比较。结果:本研究观察组患者经过治疗以后视力改善24例,占96.00%,对照组视力改善17例,占68.00%,观察组的视力改善情况明显优于对照组,P<0.05;比较两组患者经不同治疗后的副反应,观察组出现3例,占12.00%,对照组出现9例,占36.00%,观察组明显比对照组更低,P<0.05。结论:临床对视网膜静脉周围炎患者治疗时,选择激光治疗方案进行治疗能够有效地提升患者治疗的总体效果,改善患者的视力情况,并具有较好的安全性。Objective: To evaluate the effect of laser therapy on retinal venous inflammation. Methods: 25 patients with retinal venous peritonitis treated in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2017 were used as the observation group in this study. During the treatment process, patients were selected with laser treatment options for treatment. Another 25 patients with retinal venous peritonitis were used as a control group. All patients were treated with conventional therapies, and the effects of different treatment schemes in the two groups were evaluated and compared. Results: In this study, the visual acuity of the observation group was improved in 24 cases, accounting for 96.00%, and the visual acuity of the control group was improved in 17 cases, accounting for 68.00%. The visual improvement of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, P<0.05;After side effects after different treatments, there were 3 cases in the observation group, accounting for 12.00%, and 9 cases in the control group, accounting for 36.00%. The observation group was significantly lower than the control group, P<0.05. Conclusion: In the treatment of patients with retinal venous inflammation, the choice of laser treatment scheme can effectively improve the overall effect of the treatment, improve the patient’s vision, and has good safety.
