摘  要:通过以[Mim(CH2)4SO3H][HSO4]为催化剂,催化棉籽油的环氧化反应,研究发现[Mim(CH2)4SO3H][HSO4]催化棉籽油环氧化的适宜条件为:反应时间120 min,温度70℃,n(H2O2)∶n(不饱和双键)=2.5∶1,n(甲酸)∶n(不饱和双键)=0.6∶1,催化剂用量4%,该条件下催化棉籽油的环氧值为5.33%,转化率为71.95%。The influence of reaction variables on the epoxidation of cotton-seed oil with formic acid and hydrogen peroxide using [Mim(CH2)4SO3H][HSO4] as catalyst was investigated. The optimum conditions for catalytic epoxidation of cotton seed oil were as follows: response time: 120 min, temperature: 70 ℃, n(H2O2) ∶ n(unsaturated double bond) =2.5∶1, n(formic acid) ∶n(unsaturated double bond) =0.6∶1, catalyst dosage: 4%;the epoxy value of catalytic cottonseed oil was 5.33%, with a conversion rate of 71.95%.
