摘　　要：中药复方由多种草药和(或)矿物药等成份按照“君臣佐使”的原则配伍,可以达到增效减毒的目的。由于中药具有多成分、多靶点、多途径的特点,增加了中药复方物质基础及其作用机制研究的难度,而网络药理学具有整体性、系统性等优点,近年来广泛应用于中药复方研究,通过参阅相关文献,本文首先总结了目前用于中医药研究的常见数据库和软件,其次简要介绍了网络药理学研究基本方法与技术,最后列举了网络药理学在中药复方研究中的代表性应用,以期为深入了解和应用网络药理学带来新的启示。Chinese medicinal formula is composed by various herbs and/or mineral medicines according to the principle of“Junchen Zuoshi”,which can achieve the purpose of increasing efficiency and reducing toxicity.Because of the multi-components,multi-targets and multi-pathways characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine,it has increased the difficulty of research on the material basis and mechanism of Chinese medicine formula.In recent years,network pharmacology has been widely used in the research of traditional Chinese medicine because of its advantages of integrity and systematization.In this reviews,in order to bring new enlightenment for further understanding and application of network pharmacology,we referred to the relevant literatures,first summarized the current databases and softwares used in the research of traditional Chinese medicine.Then its introduced the traditional Chinese medicine network pharmacology and its research methods that can be combined with it.Finally,the application of network pharmacology in the research of traditional Chinese medicine formula is listed.
