摘  要:八年制医学教育是一种精英教育,旨在培养具有国际竞争力的高素质医学人才,而科研能力和创新精神的培养是实现这一目标的重中之重。针对我国八年制医学生科研培养的实际情况,逐一分析各薄弱环节,结合自身实践经验,探讨提高学生科研能力的培养策略。Eight-year medical program is a kind of elite education aiming to train high quality medical talents with international competitiveness.The scientific research ability and innovative spirit are the top priorities of them to achieve this goal.According to the actual situation of eight-year medical program in our country,we analyzed the weak link combining with our own practical experience,and discussed the training strategies to improve students'scientific research ability so as to provide beneficial help for reforming eight-year medical program.
