摘　　要：目的研制适合我国癫痫患者的生命质量测定量表(QLICD-EP)的特异模块,为形成完整量表打下基础。方法通过文献和核心小组讨论相结合的方法构建条目池,并对条目进行初步筛选、评价和修改形成初步量表。随机抽取31名癫痫病人和20名医生进行问卷调查和访谈,采用变异度法、相关系数法、因子分析法、克朗巴赫系数法、病人重要性评分、医生重要性评分对结果进行分析,结合核心小组讨论对条目进行再筛选。结果按上述6种统计方法选出12个条目,通过专家讨论最终得出10个条目作为癫痫患者生命质量量表特异模块的条目。结论按严格的程序选出的10个条目有较好的内容效度和代表性,适用于推广应用。Objective To develop a specific module of the quality of life instruments for patients with epilepsy(QLICD-EP)in China,which is the base of complete QLICD-EP.Methods Based on the combination of nominal/focus group discussions and interview,the item pool was presented and the items were initially screened,evaluated and modified to form the primary questionnaire.31 patients with epilepsy and 20 doctors were randomly selected to receive an investigation and interview with the primary questionnaire.Six statistical analysis methods,including variability method,correlation coefficient method,factor analysis,Cronbach coefficient method,patient and doctor importance rating,together with an expert focus group,were adopted to select items again.Results 12 items were selected based on the six statistical analysis methods above.The final 10 items were decided by the expert focus group to form the specific module.Conclusion The 10 items selected according to the strict procedures have good representation and content validity.
