摘 要:目的:为加强高层次人才队伍建设,规范管理并优化正高级人员结构设置,对历年实行的正高级专业技术岗位聘任情况进行分析,不断完善岗位聘任工作。方法:采用统计学方法对2008-2018年正高级岗位设置与聘任后的情况进行描述性统计分析和非参数χ~2检验分析。结果:10年来各级岗位人员均有一定数量增长,历年专业技术岗位结构基本稳定,对性别、年龄、学历、有无管理职务、任职年限、人员类别、是否教师系列等进行分组,每组之间差异均具有统计学意义(p<0.01)结论。建立了规范化的岗位聘任程序和动态量化考核体系,建议不断完善正高级专业技术岗位聘任标准,适度扩大岗位聘任人员范围,以期满足医院整体发展与建设的新需求。Objective:In order to strengthen the construction of high-level talent team,standardize and optimize the management of professional and technical personnel structure,the employment over the years of senior professional and technical posts implemented was analyzed,toconstantly improve the post setting work.Methods:Descriptive statistical analysis from 2008-2018 and non-parametric χ~2 test were performed on the quantitative data of the post setting and the employment.Results:Over the past decade,the number of personnel at all levels had increased to a certain extent,and the structure of professional and technical posts had been basically stable over the years.The professional personnel was grouped by gender,age,education level,administrative position or not,the length of appointment,personnel category,teachers series or not,and the difference between groups was statistically significant(p<0.01).Conclusion:A standardized post appointment procedure and dynamic quantitative assessment system had been established.It is suggested to constantly improve the appointment standards for senior professional and technical posts and moderately expand the scope of post appointment,so as to meet the new needs of the overall development and construction of the hospital.
