水中平衡训练对脑卒中患者平衡功能及步行能力的影响

摘　　要：【目的】观察8周水中平衡训练对脑卒中患者平衡能力及步行能力的影响。【方法】脑卒中患者40例,随机分为水中康复组(20例)和陆地康复组(20例)。两组患者均进行相同常规康复治疗,此外,水中康复组在水中进行平衡训练,陆地康复组在陆地上进行平衡训练,30 min/次,5次/周。治疗前后运用Berg平衡量表(berg balance scale,BBS)、起立行走试验(time up and go,TUG)、10 m步行试验(10-meter walk test,10MWT)对患者进行评定。【结果】经过8周训练,两组患者的BBS评分均显著增高、TUG及10MWT用时显著缩短(P<0.05),且水中康复组的BBS评分及TUG成绩显著优于陆地康复组,组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),10MWT时间与陆地康复组组间无显著差异(P>0.05)。【结论】8周水中平衡训练及陆地平衡训练均可以改善脑卒中患者平衡功能及步行能力,在提高平衡功能方面水中平衡训练效果较陆地平衡训练更为显著。【Objective】To observe the effect of 8-week underwater balance exercise on the balance function and walking ability of stroke patients.【Methods】A total of 40 patients who suffered from stroke,were randomly allocated into two groups:water group and land group,10 patients per group.Routine rehabilitation exercises were performed in both groups.Besides,patients in the water group did balance exercise in the water and those in the land group did balance exercise on the land,30 min per time and 5 times per week.Berg balance scale(BBS),time up and go(TUG),10-meter walk test(10 MWT)were assessed before and after exercise.【Results】After8-week exercise,there was a significant improvement in BBS,TUG and 10 MWT in both groups(P<0.05).The improvement of BBS and TUG was significant in the water group(P<0.05),compared with the land group.However,there was no significant improvement of10 MWT(P>0.05)between the groups.【Conclusion】Both underwater balance exercise and land balance exercise can enhance the balance function and walking ability of stroke patients after 8-week training.Compared with land balance exercise,underwater balance exercise has more significant effect on balance function.
