血清载脂蛋白CI、载脂蛋白CIII的检测在胃癌早期诊断中的应用价值分析

摘　　要：分析血清载脂蛋白CI(Apo CI)、载脂蛋白CIII(Apo CIII)的检测在胃癌早期诊断中的应用价值。选取2017年10月~2018年10月在该院经病理检查确诊为胃癌的100例患者作为胃癌组(早期胃癌45例、进展期胃癌55例)、同期100例胃部良性病变患者作为胃部良性病变组(慢性胃炎50例、胃溃疡50例)、100例健康体检者作为对照组,采用ELISA法对血清ApoCI、ApoCIII水平进行检测和比较。3组ApoCI、ApoCIII相比较,胃癌组ApoCI最低,ApoCIII最高,对照组ApoCI最高、ApoCIII最低,胃部良性病变组介于其中,存在统计学差异(P <0. 05);胃癌组内早期胃癌患者血清ApoCI高于进展期胃癌患者,ApoCIII低于进展期胃癌患者,存在统计学差异(P <0. 05);胃部良性病变组中慢性胃炎患者血清ApoCI、ApoCIII与胃溃疡患者相比,无统计学差异(P> 0. 05);Pearson相关性分析结果提示,血清ApoCI与胃癌进展程度呈负相关关系(r=-0. 94,P <0. 01),血清ApoCIII表达与胃癌的进展程度呈正相关关系(r=0. 76,P <0. 01)。在胃癌早期诊断中血清ApoCI、ApoCIII能够取得理想的应用价值,且二者数值与胃癌进展存在密切关联性,值得临床重视。To analyze the application value of serum apolipoprotein CI( Apo CI) and apolipoprotein CIII( Apo CIII) in the early diagnosis of gastric cancer,100 patients with gastric cancer diagnosed by pathological examination from October 2017 to October2018,in the hospital were selected as gastric cancer group( 45 cases of early gastric cancer,55 cases of advanced gastric cancer),and 100 cases of benign gastric. The patients with lesions were treated as benign gastric lesions( 50 cases of chronic gastritis,50 cases of gastric ulcer) and 100 healthy subjects as control group. Serum Apo CI and Apo CIII levels were detected and compared by ELISA. Compared with Apo CI and Apo CIII,the Apo CI was the highest and Apo CIII was the lowest in the gastric cancer group,the highest in Apo CI and the lowest in Apo CIII in the control group,and the benign lesions in the stomach were statistically different( P < 0. 05). In gastric cancer group,Serum Apo CI in early gastric cancer group was higher than patients with advanced gastric cancer,Apo CIII was lower than patients with advanced gastric cancer,and there was statistical difference( P < 0. 05) between these two types. In patients with benign gastric lesions,serum Apo CI and Apo CIII were not statistically compared with patients with gastric ulcer,there was no difference( P > 0. 05). Pearson correlation analysis showed that serum Apo CI was negatively correlated with gastric cancer progression( r =-0. 94,P < 0. 01),and serum Apo CIII expression was positively correlated with gastric cancer progression( r = 0. 76,P = 0. 01). Serum Apo CI and Apo CIII can achieve ideal application value in the early diagnosis of gastric cancer,and their values are closely related to the progress of gastric cancer. It is worthy of popularization in clinical diagnosis.
