摘　　要：目的探讨直肠癌患者术后实施常规放疗、三维适形放疗的有效性及安全性。方法选取2016年1月至2016年5月河南科技大学第一附属医院收治的100例直肠癌手术患者。对照组50例行常规放疗,研究组50例行三维适形放疗。比较两组3年随访有效率、随访期间无瘤生存率、死亡率,大小肠、膀胱、泌尿生殖器并发症发生率。结果两组3年随访有效率均为100.00%;研究组随访期间无瘤生存率(60.00%,30/50)高于对照组(38.00%,19/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组病死率(24.00%,12/50)低于对照组(44.00%,22/50),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组大小肠、膀胱、泌尿生殖器并发症发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论直肠癌患者术后接受三维适形放疗有效性、安全性均较优。Objective To investigate the efficacy and safety of conventional radiotherapy and three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy in patients with rectal cancer. Methods From January 2016 to May 2016, 100 patients with rectal cancer were selected from the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University of science and technology.The control group received conventional radiotherapy.The study group received three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy.The three-year follow-up efficiency, tumor free survival rate, mortality, and complications of large and small intestine, bladder and genitourinary were compared between the two groups. Results The effective rate of three-year follow-up was 100.00% in both groups.The tumor free survival rate(60.00%,30/50) in the study group was higher than that in the control group(38.00%,19/50), the difference was significant(P<0.05).The mortality of the study group(24.00%,12/50) was lower than that of the control group(44.00%,22/50), the difference was significant(P<0.05).The incidences of complications in the study group was lower than that in the control group, the differences were significant(P<0.05). Conclusions Three dimensional conformal radiotherapy is more effective and safe for patients with rectal cancer.
