多层螺旋CT扫描在眼部异物定位中的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨多层螺旋CT在眼部异物定位中的应用价值。方法选择2013年3月-2018年2月在焦作市五官医院收治的疑为眼部异物患者70例(70眼),所有患者均先行X线片检查,然后行多层螺旋CT检查,以手术病理结果作为"金标准",将X线检查结果、多层螺旋CT检查结果与手术病理结果比较,比较两种检查方式对眼部异物定位的检出率。结果70例(70眼)患者经手术病理证实,非眼部异物有6例,眼部异物有64例,其中球内异物47例、球外异物17例;数字减影X线(DR)检测诊断出眼部异物40例,检出率为62.50%;多层螺旋CT扫描诊断出眼部异物58例,检出率为90.63%,多层螺旋CT诊断眼部异物检出率高于DR诊断眼部异物检出率,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多层螺旋CT在眼部异物诊断中具有重要价值,具有检出率高,定位准确等优点,值得临床推广应用。Objective To investigate the application value of multi-slice spiral CT in the localization of ocular foreign bodies.Methods 70 patients(70 eyes) with suspected ocular foreign body admitted to the hospital from March, 2013 to February, 2018 were selected. All patients underwent X-ray examination first, then multi-slice spiral CT examination. The results of X-ray examination and multi-slice spiral CT examination were compared with the results of surgery and pathology. The detection rates of ocular foreign body localization by different examination methods were compared. Results 70 patients(70 eyes) were confirmed by operation and pathology. There were 6 cases of non-ocular foreign bodies and 64 cases of ocular foreign bodies, including 47 cases of intraocular foreign bodies and 17 cases of extraocular foreign bodies. 40 cases of ocular foreign bodies were diagnosed by DR, the detection rate was 62.50%. 58 cases of ocular foreign bodies were diagnosed by multi-slice spiral CT, and the detection rate was90.63%. The diagnosis rate of ocular foreign bodies by multi-slice spiral CT was 90.63%. The detection rate of intraocular foreign bodies was higher than that of DR in diagnosis of intraocular foreign bodies(P<0.05). Conclusion Multi-slice spiral CT is of great value in the diagnosis of ocular foreign bodies. It has the advantages of high detection rate and accurate location, and is worthy of clinical application.
