高职院“一带一路”亚洲国家来华留学生跨文化适应的调查研究——以南京工业职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：从“一带一路”倡议背景出发,采用了定量研究和定性研究相结合的方法,发现部分来自“一带一路”国家的留学生在日常生活、上课学习、社会交往和心理状况四个方面存在着不同的文化适应问题,并提出了相应的对策,对高职院留学生管理和教学工作具有现实的指导意义。Based on the background of the "Belt and Road Initiative" ,with a combination of quantitative research and qualitative research,it is found that there are different cultural acculturation problems in four aspects:daily life,class study,social interaction and psychological state. According to the research findings,the corresponding countermeasures are put forward,which have practical guiding significance for the work and teaching of foreign students in higher vocational colleges.
