摘  要:对霸王鞭内生真菌烟曲霉的次生代谢产物进行研究,以期发现新的化合物.利用MCI-gel树脂、硅胶及PR-HPLC等多种色谱技术进行分离纯化,利用质谱、核磁共振(NMR)、紫外以及旋光对化合物进行鉴定.从霸王鞭内生真菌烟曲霉中分离鉴定获得3个化合物(1~3).其中化合物1为一个新的酚类成分,命名为methyl 4-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-2-hydroxy-4-oxobutanoate(1).The secondary metabolites of the endophytic fungus Aspergillus fumigatus derived from Euphorbia royleana was studied.Silica gel column chromatography,Sephadex LH-20 gel and liquid chromatography were used to separate and purify of Aspergillus fumigatus.The compounds were identified according to their physical and chemical properties and spectroscopic data.Three compounds(1-3)were isolated from the endophytic fungus A.fumigatus.Their structures were identified as methyl 4-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-2-hydroxy-4-oxobutanoate(1),arctiin(2)and 3-hydroxy-4-methoxy-phenylethanol(3).Compound 1 is a new phenolic component named as methyl 4-(3,4-dihydroxyphenyl)-2-hydroxy-4-oxobutanoate(1).
