摘 要:目的:通过三维有限元分析法对聚醚醚酮(PEEK)材料在桩核冠修复中的生物力学特征进行分析评价,为其临床应用提供理论依据。方法:建立临床常用的桩-核-冠模型,利用ANSYS软件对比分析PEEK材料桩与传统材料桩受力后的应力大小及分布情况。结果:随着桩材料弹性模量的减小,根管桩、根部粘接剂以及桩-粘接剂界面、桩-核界面的最大主应力峰值都随之降低,分布也越来越均匀。但是牙根所受应力逐渐增大,并且无填料PEEK桩会增加树脂核所受应力。结论:CFR-PEEK(添加30%碳纤维的PEEK)桩可以有效降低桩、粘接剂及粘接界面的应力水平,有助于减少修复体应力疲劳和脱粘接现象。Objective:To evaluate the biomechanical behaviour of PEEK materials in post-core crown system by a three-dimensional finite element analysis.Methods:After establishing the post-core-crown restore model commonly used in in clinic,the ANSYS software was used to compare the stress value and distribution of PEEK material posts with traditional material posts after loading.Results:With the decrease of elastic modulus of the materials,the maximum principal stress peak value of post,root adhesive,post-adhesive interface and post-core interface were all reduced,and the distribution was more and more even.However,the stress in root increased gradually and unfilled PEEK increased the stress of resin core.Conclusion:CFR-PEEK(30%carbon fiber reinforced)post can effectively reduce the stress level of post,adhesive and bonding interface,and may reduce the stress fatigue and debonding of restoration.
