摘 要:目的:探讨不同齿科合金铸造及距离变化对磁性附着体磁极和衔铁间磁力的影响。方法:分别采用钴铬、纯钛、钯铜镓、金铂合金对磁性附着体的衔铁进行铸接加工,再采用万能材料试验机测试磁极与衔铁间的磁力,并绘制磁力随二者距离变化的力值-位移曲线图。分析曲线图,计算经过不同齿科合金铸接加工后的衔铁与磁极间的最大磁力,以及不同距离时二者间的磁力。结果:经过钴铬、纯钛、钯铜镓、金铂合金铸接加工的衔铁与磁极之间磁力值相互没有统计学差异;当二者间距在0~0.1 mm时,随间距增大,磁力值急剧下降。结论:不同种类齿科合金铸接加工对衔铁和磁极间磁力值无显著性影响;磁极与衔铁之间的缓冲间隙应小于0.1 mm。Objective:To investigate the effect of dental alloy cast and the distance between keeper and magnet on magnetic force.Methods:The keepers were cast and processed with cobalt-chromium,pure titanium,palladium-copper-gallium and gold-platinum alloys,respectively.And then the magnetic force between the keeper and magnet was tested by a universal material testing machine,and the curve diagram of the relationship between the keeper-magnet distance and magnetic force was drawn by computer.Based on this curve diagram,the maximum magnetic force between the dental alloy cast keepers and their magnets and the magnetic force at different distances were analyzed.Results:The magnetic force between the cast keepers of the 4 dental alloys and their magnets showed no statistical difference(P>0.05).The magnetic force decreased sharply with the increase of the distance from 0 mm to 0.1 mm.Conclusion:The magnetic force is not significantly influenced by different dental alloy cast keepers.And the buffer distance between keeper and magnet should be less than 0.1 mm.
