摘　　要：目的:评价5种磨石对Gracey刮治器磨锐效果。方法:将50个钝化5/6 Gracey刮治器随机分成5组(n=10),分别用天然肯色石(SS4)、印第安石(SS6)、合成瓷石1(SSDGRITA)、瓷石2(SSDGRITB)和瓷石3(SS3C)磨石进行磨锐,记录磨锐器械所需次数并在扫描电镜下观察评价器械磨锐后的刃口形态。结果:扫描电镜观察示利用阿肯色石磨锐后,切割刃缘光滑平整,呈清晰直线,斜面纹理线条细密整齐,其磨锐效果最好,与其它组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);利用印第安石磨锐器械所需次数最少,与其它组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:5种磨石中阿肯色石磨锐效果最好。Objective: To observe the sharpening effectiveness of 5 sharpening grindstones on Gracey curette. Methods: 50 blunt cutting edges of ~#5/6 Gracey curettes were randomly divided into 5 groups(n=10), and sharpened with 5 sharpening grindstones respectively. The sharpening strokes were recorded and sharpened cutting edges were evaluated using SEM. Results: SEM showed that Arkansas stone produced the best sharpening effect with the least number of strokes among all groups(P<0.05), and the times required for sharpening by Indian stone was the least(P<0.05). Conclusion: Arkansas stone has better sharpening effect than the other 4 sharpening grindstones.
