摘  要:目的:探讨微种植支抗(MSE)骨性扩弓对青少年上颌横向发育不足的临床扩弓效果。方法:本研究采用MSE骨性扩弓器对12例上颌横向发育不足的青少年患者(男5例;女7例)平均年龄(15.21±2.42)岁进行骨性扩弓。结束后拍摄CBCT(T2)图像与扩弓前CBCT(T1)图像对比,观察扩弓后腭中缝等上颌横向宽度相关指标的改变。结果:12例患者中除1例因支抗钉感染而拆除扩弓器外,其他11例患者均取得较好效果,扩弓后CBCT显示:①腭中缝,上颌基骨,牙弓宽度均明显增加(P<0.05);②第一磨牙颊倾度增加不明显(P>0.05)。结论:MSE骨性扩弓是治疗青少年上颌横向发育不足的有效方式。Objective:To evaluate the maxillary skeletal expander(MSE,micro-implant anchorage)device for correction of maxillary transverse deficiency in adolecents.Methods:12 adolescent patients(5 male and 7 female)with maxillary transverse deficiency were treated with MSE.CBCT images were taken before and after treatment.Then,the width of midpalatal suture and the arch of maxilla and the buccal inclination of upper first molar were compared before and after treatment.Results:The device was removed in 1 case because of the local infection around the anchorage screw,good results were observed in 12 patients.CBCT images showed:after treatment,①midpalatal suture,basal bone of maxilla were expanded(P<0.05);②The buccal inclination of the first molars were slightly(P>0.05).Conclusion:MSE is effective for the treatment of adolescents with maxillary transverse deficiency.
